At Daedo, we are committed to providing high-quality martial arts and sports equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused equipment in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and verification of receipt.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear to confirm it is in resellable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
