How do I determine the correct size for my dobok or karategi?
Our uniforms are generally sized by the practitioner's height in centimeters. We recommend checking our detailed size chart on each product page, as some fabrics may have slight shrinkage after the first wash.
Is Daedo equipment approved for official competitions?
Yes, Daedo is a world leader in martial arts equipment. Most of our products are officially recognized and approved by the World Taekwondo (WT) and the World Karate Federation (WKF) for international competition use.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for protective gear?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, mouthguards and groin protectors cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you offer bulk discounts for dojos and sports clubs?

How should I care for my electronic protectors (PSS)?
Electronic protectors should never be submerged in water. Clean them using a damp cloth with mild soap and allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources to maintain sensor integrity.
